April 3rd – Musicians for Life Benefit Recital at Disciples Christian Church. Our team raised over $1200 for the American Cancer Society’s ‘Relay for Life’ event. Organizer & performer for this event
April 1st – Performance & speech at the Cleveland Heights Office on Aging, as part of the “Meet the Musician” series at the Cleveland Heights Community Center.
March 28th – John Hay High School visit. Created video scholarship applications with high school seniors.
March 19th – John Hay High School visit. Motivational speech & photo session as part of the Dream, Believe, Achieve! program
March 1st – National Pancake Day at IHOP. Marisa will be volunteering her time at the IHOP location in Cleveland Heights to help raise funds for the Children’s Miracle Network!

Feb. 7th – Dream, Believe, Achieve! meetings at John Hay High School, filmed by CMSD videographers. CIM students performed and served as mentors to the 90 student freshmen band class. Neighborhood Connections representatives were also present
Feb. 5th – Miss Maple City 2011 Scholarship Program. 20th Anniversary of the pageant in Norwalk! Marisa, Miss Maple City 2010, served as emcee and featured performer. Congratulations to Amber Bussa, the winner for 2011!
